Alexander Girard's model #66350 coffee table was part of a suite of furniture originally designed for Braniff Airlines. Produced by Herman Miller for a single year in 1967, these rare pieces exhibit Girard's singular aesthetic.
 
The base of cast aluminum is hinged in the center allowing the legs to pivot and accommodate different size tops of either stone or glass. We particularly love how the glass top allows the structure of the table to be visible.
