A Paul McCobb classic, his X-base stool, is a timeless design: elegant without being fussy, refined without feeling precious, and like so much of McCobb's work, perfectly proportioned. This example is in good original vintage condition. The base has a beautiful patina from age and it retains the original faux leather upholstery which shows some wear and love, but could easily be replaced with new fabric or leather.
