This abstraction in oil on gesso board by Sacha Kolin is a wonderful example of her work. Interlocking shapes in white, red, burgandy, turquoise, violet and graytwist and flit over a gray field creating tension between positive and negative space. A noted modernist painter and sculptor, Kolin's work is held in many major museum and institutional collections.
