This beautiful walnut armchair was made in Silver City, North Carolina by the Boling Chair Co. however, with it's subtle sculptural lines, leather seat and back and tapered stretchers, it is as elegant as any Scandinavian design from the period. The curved arms remind us of the bentwood designs of Michael Thonet.
